Broadliner Tech Data Germany has signed a distribution agreement with Micron, one of the world’s largest memory manufacturers. Global Computing Components (GCC), its division specialised in components, has added Crucial memory and storage products to its portfolio.

Most importantly, Crucial products display over the past 35 years high compatibility and reliability. Tech Data sales partners can now sell internal SSDs, external SSDs standard DDR3/DDR4 memory and memory for the gaming segment.

In January, Crucial announced the Crucial Ballistix latest generation of gaming RAM, which impresses with high speeds and low latency. In other words, these memories are carefully designed and engineered to deliver the performance that gamers, builders and overclockers need and expect.

Thomas Klein, director GCC for Tech Data, is pleased about the conclusion of the contract: “Crucial portfolio is the only one that covers the complete hierarchy for datacentres and offers a wide range of special solutions. Consequently, we can address with them an extremely broad dealer base – from system integrators, corporate VARs, OEMs and ISVs to SMB channels and e-tail/retail, the award-winning products are interesting.
