Snapmaker 2.0 3D printers now available for pre-order by distribution partners on ChannelHub
After breaking multiple records with the Snapmaker 2.0 Kickstarter campaign, Snapmaker is now accepting pre-orders for its 3D printer line from potential partners on ChannelHub.
The Snapmaker 2.0 raised over USD$ 7 million by 7,388 backers on Kickstarter, making it the most funded-technology project on the platform, and one of the top ten most-funded projects on Kickstarter overall.
With the Snapmaker 2.0, based on feedback from the community, users can now offer improved 3-in-1 capabilities for 3D printing, laser engraving and cutting, as well CNC carving. The new version is also compatible with dozens of everyday materials such as leather and food items, to popular 3D printing materials like wooden PLA. It is one of the first to have CAN bus protocol for future upgrades which means Snapmaker 2.0 buyers can take advantage of future upgrades via software downloads.
